Prior to Softinet, he founded Internetworking Communications, LTD, a web based architectural solutions consulting firm. At Internetworking Communications he engineered and implemented a Debit Card transaction protocol for POS. He aslo architected and implemented a multi-tiered web-based human-resources system (HRIS) to an international multi-office organization, various e-Commerce solutions (B-B / B-C), and community based web systems among other web architectural road maps. Internetworking Communications was acquired by Softinet, Inc. in 2003. David has BSEE from Concordia University and MS - Engineering Management from Santa Clara University. Prior to Ubiquity, sheila worked as Sr. Program Manager of Sales & Marketing, Sr. Program/Project Manager of Professional Services, Product Management and Development with Gen. Magic, Informix, Plato Labs, SipCore , The Software Tool Works and The Learning Company for more than 14 years producing leading Enterprise Applications in emerging technology sector (VoIP, Wireless, Networking, Telecom., Database...) and ever-green consumer products in Educational and Edutainment sector. She holds degrees in Computer Science, Applications Eng., with a concentration in Business Management from University of California State, Sonoma State in U.S., where she was recognized in Dean's list; she also acquired additional professional training at UC extensions. Her passion and mission is to foster business growth through business analysis, strategic planning, marketing initiatives, project leadership, and long term business partnerships. George is our expert in developing brands and corporate identities, designing User Interface, artwork, multimedia and animation projects. He has broad experience in various international markets such as Middle East Coating Shows (Dubai, Turkey, etc.) Geroge is nominated in different B&W Photography and Graphic Design Annual Exhibitions for the Best concept and Design. David has 18-years track record of successful architectural modeling and design of computing systems, multi-tiered applications, technology integration, business management, marketing and operations. With his cross-cutting vision of automating complex computing and network-based solutions, he has been architecting online automation systems and applications since 1995. 
Sheila Joined Softinet, Inc. in 2004 and is responsible for business development and marketing initiatives with consumers and technology partners. She brought broad and extensive experience with Small Startups, Medium and Large firms in software and high tech industry. Before joining Softinet, she worked as VP of Business Development and Marketing of Ubiquity Enterprise Solutions, an early-stage start-up, solutions provider and services firm in the IT & wireless enterprise sector, generating revenue on first year and 60% ROI.
George is our Senior Graphic Designer. He has over 10 years of experiences in complex art illustration and graphic design. Before joining Softinet, he has helped establishing Allmotif LTD, a corporate communcation and creative design agency with it’s headquarte in UK and branch office in Tehran. At Allmotif he was leading graphic design teams and coordinating design projects of international clients and multi national companies. 
Natasha joined Softinet on January 2007 as online marketing assistant. Utilizing her many talents Natasha is involved in multiple projects. While assisting our marketing team, she contributes to Web research & marketing, website content, Search Engine Optimization / Submission (SEO /SES) and online advertising campaigns. 
Said has extensive experience in Information Technology and computing networking including Local Area (LAN), Wide Are (WAN), network security and firewall setup. His unique experience with Trusted Solaris environment and rule-based firewall security sets corporate computing systems compliant with the latest security innovations in technology. Said joined Softinet in 2002 after eight years of experience at Sun Microsystems as escalation - senior support engineer.
