Sr. Sales Rep - Inside Sales

Responsibilities:
1- Responsible for the entire sales process from prospect to close
2- Lead generation / outbound calling and warm lead follow up
3- Understanding customer web / online application needs and requirements
4- Provide our one-stop e-Solutions (web design, hosting, support and marketing) services
5- Providing online demonstrations of our CRM, e-Commerce and CMS driven samples
6- Assist in writing project proposals
7- Negotiate skillfully with clients and close deals
Recommended qualifications:
1- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
2- knowledgeable in the web design / development, hosting, support services and online marketing industry
3- Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospect through close
4- A minimum of 2 years of selling experience, preferred sales eperience in website / online services
5- Enthusiastic, Highly motivated and outgoing
6- Proven track record in sales with an ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
7- Must have high ethics, integrity and interpersonal skills
8- Experience selling website design and accompanying services is a "PLUS"
9- Minimum software knowledge is preferred but not required

Work from home or our office with flex time. Position is 100% commission-based; no hourly rate or salary isinvolved, so financial success is unlimited / uncapped. No programming knowledge is necessary. Sales experience (preferably outside sales) is required. Basic web design familiarity is also required. We are experiencing stable growth and this position may lead to full time position to build and manage our sales team.

Telemarketer - Sales
Softinet is looking for full time or part time Business 2 Business quality leads generation and sales person for our one-stop website design, support, and marketing services. You must be motivated while enjoy talking on the phone.
Responsibilities:
1- knowledgeable in the web design / development and web application industry
2- Responsible to generate 50+ sales calls daily and booking in-house sales appointments
2- Lead generation, outbound calling and warm lead follow up
3- Up-keep daily tracking of all prospects, leads and sales on our sales application
4- Speak clear and perfect English with professional and warm phone manner.
5- Enthusiastic and highly motivated with a serious work ethic
6- Must be able to work individually and without any supervision.
7- Reliable, friendly, and confident with a positive outlook.
8- Experience in Telemarketing is an advantage, but not required.
